Joseph Devane: Allstate Insurance

Mr. Devane is the reason I changed my mind about switching insurance carriers. I recently moved to another state and he is my new agent He, obviously, wants his business to prosper, but more than that… he understands it takes satisfied customers to be truly successful. He took the time to review my policies (without me asking him to) to make sure I was not paying more than I should be. You can imagine my surprise, and delight, to receive a call advising my payment was being lowered. He can count on me to be a customer for life!!

I will really like to say I hope this is the right Allstate location because an employee named Jackie (cannot remember the last name) helped me and my S/O out so much!!! She was very persistent on finding us the lowest rate she can find ,she even referred us to mile wide insurance. She was very helpful and did not stop until we were satisfied with the results she even took time to help us after she left the office!!! Unfortunately I would like to say that We did find cheaper insurance at another company... but we really really appreciated all her help and maybe in the future if we’re looking for insurance again we will call Allstate and ask for her specifically!!! THANK YOU MISS JACKIE FOR YOUR PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!!
