So far my experience has been great. Curtis is very honest and upfront he doesnt like to sugarcoat or give false hopes and thats why I have full trust and faith in his process. In reading the reviews I think people just have a rough time with constructive criticisms and dont realize the time and work it takes to get things like this done and tend to rush or take things out of context. I am very hopeful and happy with my decision. He helped my mother-in-law and I know he will do the same for me. Trusting the process

I was referred to Qwest Credit Enhancement by a friend of mine. Curtis is honest, straightforward, efficient and pleasure to work with. He is great at what he does, and if you are looking for a service to fix your credit or deal with collection agencies, Curtis is your man! I really appreciated his professionalism and expertise and cannot thank him enough for all his help.

Second time having to do business with Curtis and once again it was a super easy, step by step, simple process to follow. You do your part while Curtis does his. He is excellent at his job! I got hit with a collection that was not legitimate and he had it removed speedily! Thanks Curtis! Your the man

Ive been a client of Curtis and his team at Quest Credit for several years now, and I can honestly say they have changed my life for the better. When I began with my initial consultation, my credit score was barely over 400; fast forward years later and now with a 715 credit score, I'm finally able to create more financial stability and flexibility for myself. Their hands-on approach was not only informative and educational for me, but they created a step by step plan that we could both manage and execute. Scammer and Fraud alert. I'm a disabled veteran and Curtis took my $500 deposit and was supposed to send me documents to sign through Docusign on this past Friday, April 22, 2022. He sent them to me today April 25, 2022 at 9:12 am. I reviewed the documents and had a simple question about what Navy Federal account he wanted me to keep the minimum balance in because I have 4 accounts with Navy Federal. He proceeded to holler while I was in physical therapy in front of my therapist, who was there and I had Curtis on the loud speaker and hung up on me. She witnessed the phone call. I then sent him an email explaining the question I had in the Docusign and he never responded. When I got home, I called Curtis and he proceeded to holler at me and refused to listen to what I say because it was a simple question. He said I should "freaking" hang up on you now as I was explaining the question and hung up again. He was referred to me from Justin Campbell at Remaxx. I will be calling Justin's office to see if they are part of a scam in cooperation with each other and I asked Curtis for my money back and he said hes' not giving me anything. One of my disabilities is hearing and I have translation services to translate all my calls so CURTIS, YOU"RE BUSTED! You are a scammer and I will be reporting you to the appropriate people today. You never know who somebody is. Well, you'll find out this week.
