Terrible place. Unprofessional staff. Where should I start? My family have been going to Singson Medical Group for over a decade, almost two. I stopped seeing Dr. Singson and opted for other doctors in the office at a young age, because Dr. Singson was very rude, butting in our family business that has nothing to do with our health. When I was in 7th or 8th grade, the members of his staff tried to "hook me up" with one of the nurses or techs in the office, because he thought I was pretty. I was underage!More recently, I asked for my medical records to join the military. When I asked for them, the woman at the window made me wait 20 minutes before telling me that they destroy records older than 7 years. I stepped out to call my recruiter, who instructed me to get that in writing. When I asked for the statement in writing, the staff looked worried and then my records magically appeared. The woman told me, they could not read the doctor's writing in my records, so they did not think it would be useful to give it to me. That was not to their discretion. It was either lies or excuses, and they're unacceptable. All I asked for were my medical records, so I could serve my country.Also, the office never calls patients to remind them of their appointment; however, they always call my mom the day and at the time of an appointment to make sure she would come. Note: my mom does not drive nor does she speak English, so she is very troubled when the office calls and tells her she needs to be there right now. They change her appointments without informing her. When I called the lady on the phone out for it, she lied and said they called the day before. I checked our caller ID and they did not call. I will look for another doctor for my parents, but my brothers and I have all started to go elsewhere for primary care.
