WORST DOCTOR'S OFFICE EVER DO NOT GO HERE Front office staff are incompetent and wasted my time more than once. I was at the Dr's office today waiting for over an hour to see the Dr. I walked out and told them to get rid of my files. I'm over this place - they charged me TWICE for a co pay and weren't competent enough to refund it. Finally they did but it took two days. Dr. Viterbo is not the most competent Dr either - I showed him a physical form I needed filled out for employment and he goes "oh, we don't do TB tests here, but I can order you a chest Xray" What? The front office staff said that the Dr's do TB tests and the chest xray is on the form IF you test positive for TB... Why would he want to order me a chest xray?? Where did you go to school, Dr. Viterbo??? Very unprofessional place. Will NOT be back. Screw this practice!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'VE NEVER SEEN SO MANY BAD REVIEWS FOR A DOCOTOR'S OFFICE, ALL WITH THE SAME COMPLAINTS. Refer to most recent review. Horrible. I' ve gotten better service at McDonald's. I would be ashamed to work here. They, by their own admission, do not care about their patients. I called made an appointment, was sent to a different office, and then told the doctor refuses to see you today. When I simply asked questions, I was told "Go somewhere else for help." Take my advice and GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. This group will put your mental and physical health in jeopardy. I'm currently in the process if pursuing legal action.After posting this review, the office contacted me and told me not to come back, because they don't want people telling it how it really is. The BBB and a Delaware Law firm are currently reviewing their practices. Most likely, they won't be open much longer. LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS. ALL COMPLAIN ABOUT HOW AWFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL THE STAFF IS, AND HOW MISERABLE THE DOCTOR IS. THEY WILL DEFINITELY BE CLOSED SOON. EVERYONE I KNOW IS TAKING THEIR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I WOULD RATHER REMAIN SICK THAN COME BACK HERE.

I have nothing but good things to say about my doctor but the practice as a whole is awful. I call to consult with my doctor on medical situation, but i cant talk to him because they dont allow over the phone or virtual visit. But heres the kicker. I cant visit the office either to see him because i was exposed to someone that had tested for covid even though I've tested negative. So at this point they wont let me talk to my doctor and tell me to go to a medical aid unit which none in this part of the state have any open appointments for the next 3 days because covid is ramping up again. So needless to say I'm stuck with the emergency room for somthing that could have handled with a phone call.
