Second visit in two weeks. First visit was much better although service was fair. First visit only one server working who spent most of his time chatting with other customers. This most recent visit again they were short staffed. Server was doing three jobs, bartending, serving, and take out. Host sat us and we ordered salad bar which is self serve and we ordered some sides. Salad bar was in need of replenishment, was out of several items, had to ask for things several times. Sides were never brought out, had to ask twice why not. Finally got them. No one ever came back to ask if we wanted more drinks or anything else, and then the bill was just brougt over without anyone asking if we wanted anything else. We did, and had to ask for dessert and then get another bill and waited quite a while for the dessert to come out. We were about to say forget the dessert and take it off the bill when it finally did come out. No one ever offered refills on the drinks and we were basically ignored the whole time we were there probably because we had the salad bar The food quality is very good and we eat at ruby tuesday often, however with them being really short staffed at this location, the service is awful. Both the last tjme and this time the salad bar needed to be restocked on several items and we had to ask them to please put these items out again. Food gets 4 stars. Service gets one Vegetarian options: Salad bar is very good for vegans or vegetarian, many other vegetarian options available, pasta dishes, veggie burgers, vegetable side dishes like sweet potato fries.

Stood for 20 minutes waiting to be seated. Finally went to the bar to try and get service.... NOPE. Then went back to the front waiting and waiting without a single staff even acknowledging my presence. Finally approached by a man who I thought was going to seat our party... NOPE again. But he did ask the man behind me if he needed anything. Guess I have superpowers I was not aware of... Invisibility.

The salad bar was delicious, as expected. I ordered a burger which was also very good. The service was slow and the restaurant is very dark and dingy. Food : 3/5 | Service : 2/5 | Atmosphere : 1/5 More
