I started using this company years ago and had a great agent. Unfortunately, I used another agent who has been giving me the worst prices. This company should be cheaper than Expedia and Delta but they are not. Buyer beware.

I have used Skylux Travel service in the past. I normally lean on them to get a good Business Class or First Class fare. What I like about them is dedication and customer focus. They assign a rep just for your needs, on that person communicates with you so that you don't get the run around. Once you give them the dates or travel they scour the market and get you the best possible rates. You can dial up or down your communication method with them. If you are in the market for Business or First class travel, give it a try., you will save a lot and you will appreciate the service. WORST EVER...TOTAL SCAM...THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN IF YOU CANCEL.....DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL, YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING AND BOOKING YOURSELF...ITS BEEN TWO YEARS THEY KEEP AVOIDING MY REFUND WITH EXCUSES..

This company is a complete sham. They use agents all over the world to run a shell game. Constantly pass off excuses and explanations, fabrications and lies. Don't believe a word any of their folks say...in the end, the customer service will be non-existent and all you will get is excuses and delays.
