Isaac and his company did a fabulous job putting in a new driveway for us. Not only was he professional and thorough, he was extremely pleasant to work with. He explained everything to us in detail and didn't mind doing so. I would recommend White's Custom Paving to anyone and everyone!

Scheduled an appointment with whites custom paving, not only did this contractor fail to show for the scheduled time they also did not answer or return call to follow up. Do not recommend this contractor. Update for contractors' review response to review : Contractor stated he " unequivocally told me the job I was calling for was too small and he would TRY and stop out" This is 100 percent incorrect. This contractor asked what I was looking to do, and I stated " I am looking to have the space between my pole barn and garage black topped" there was no square footage mentioned in conversation so how would he know the job was too small? Secondly, he also asked for my address which I provided, and he stated he resides in Smyrna so he is close and will be here at 6pm to measure and estimate. Fast forward to 6pm no show, I also called at 6:10pm to see if he was running late, needed to reschedule, etc and no response or return call. Now as for stating I am not a customer there for I am not qualified to recommend or rate his company is also false. If you are a business owner and you set an appointment for someone to have work completed by your company, but you do not show up or even call to let them know you are not coming I'd say anyone that was no showed on has every right to now recommend and rate a company as such for lack of positive customer service. Lastly, for his/your response to I'm "MAD", that is not the case. I'm simply reviewing a company for its lack of customer service so no one else has to waste their time with this company. If this contractor will no show on a client, and then lie on his review imagine the kind of final product you will receive from his work.

I decided to have White's Custom Paving resurface my driveway in May 2023. Isaac was quick to respond to my initial contact. He explained in detail how he would resurface my driveway with 3 inches of asphalt plus offered a longer warranty than other quotes I had received. I was concerned with water puddling at the end of the driveway, which was an ice hazard during winter. Isaac said that they would be able to correct that problem. I've waited 3 months before leaving my review as I wanted to be sure the water puddling at the end of the driveway was no longer an issue. Isaac and his crew did an excellent job and there is no more puddling of water on the driveway. I've received compliments from my neighbors on how smooth and seamless the driveway looks. I recommend Isaac and his crew to anyone looking for driveway repairs. I've included some before and after pics of my driveway. Service: Asphalt paving & repair
