We bought our first RV at Delmarva RV in Milford, it was used and had some issues which Ryan took care of immediately and completely. Great service!

My wife and I bought our first rv here and loved everything about it. We came back to trade that one in and upgrade to a larger model. We found one we liked and started the process. This is were the fun started. Waited a few days, were told the financing went through. We could pick it up on Saturday. I moved my schedule around, cleaned out the trade in. We arrived in Seaford with the trade in and did our walk through of the new camper. Then we waited.... a short time later our salesman came back out and said their was a problem with the financing. Time now is 11:00 am. I was told the bank would be open till noon. Long story short..... delmarva rv's financing dept didn't inform my salesperson that the bank required more info from us. I had 1 hrs to get it. Turned out the bank wasn't even open on Saturday. So any attempt I would have made would have been for nothing. The following Monday morning I contacted the bank directly, as it was the same place we financed the last camper thru. The info they required was proof of income for my wife. I asked the bank what salaries were listed on the application. Boy was I surprised by the numbers they gave me. Turned out delmarva had doubled my wife's listed income, and the bank wanted proof of the inflated income. When I called our salesmen back I asked questioned him about the figures on the app. He said that's what we listed on it. Maybe it was a simple mistake on his part, but when we did our credit app it was not done on paper. It was entered by him on his laptop. When I told him he put that figure in. He tried to deny it and then proceeded to call me and my wife a lier. The bank wanted to work with me and suggested I work directly with them instead of going through delmarva rv. I told the bank to cancel the credit app. Delmarva rv clearly doesn't care about return customers, just the sale and then your on your own. Will not be setting foot back in there. And to end it all I found the axact same camper elsewhere for a few thousand $ cheaper that same day.
