image The employees have absolutely no manners, they are extremely rude to the customers. The change and add regulations and rules as they want. They have absolutely no problem taking your money and sending you away. They are rude, insensitive and unreasonable.

image My husband and I just stayed over Easter wkens. We checked in the 28th...we couldn't understand the front desk worker..they didn't give us the room we booked in advance...the TV didn't work so they moved us to another room..the toilet didn't flush in that room...when we booked the room it was for 3 nights and 2 days..but every day after 11 our key card wouldn't work...on sat after a day of site seeing and family dinner we go back to the room and find a cockroach on the wall and my husband had bite marks on his side and neck...I felt at this point why bother saying anything or even trying to get our money back....we left at 10 pm Sat night and will never book or recommend this dump to any one...wouldn't even give it 1 star but it won't let me post this unless I do!!!!!

image They don't like idea when they charge twice on bank card. They need to pay more attention..have better front desk help
Rooms: They charge my card twice called my bank they fixed it and the owner didn't like that I got my money back poor management
