I am very disappointed in this real estate broker being in the real estate industry! I have been traveling to Rehoboth Beach for vacation for over 15+ years. We have always dealt with the same real estate agent, Mindy. We also have stayed in the same condo for years and have elected to book the condo for future vacations. Well, last year, we didnt get any email for us to confirm our stay for that years vacation (2022). So, we called Jack Lingo to see what was going on, and they said that Mindy had left Jack Lingo and they had already given our condo away. Wouldnt you think to send a mass email or call her clients to inform them? They then proceeded to say that we would be able to get our condo back this year of 2023, and what did they do? They gave it away AGAIN! Very very disappointing!

I am not sure about Jack Lingo realty itself but his representative should coincide with the co. I drove to Delaware to look at a mobile home. I met the realtor at the property and looked at the property. He has not tespondef tp me since and that was 2 weeks ago.

Worst rental company ever. Please do not rent from these people. You're much better off with any other major vendor like vrbo or airbnb. We rented a house in Rehoboth Beach, DE during the off season in September that appeared charming on the website but turned out to be a filthy mess of a house. Also, ceilings were so low the house seemed to be built for people no higher than 4'. All furniture was so old and worn out we could not even stay there. When we approached Jack Lingo about moving us they had another more expensive house available that was suitable and we rented that house. We are talking 4k for the first house and 6k for the suitable house in the off season. The only problem is they would not credit us for the first house but rather they would reach out to the owner for credit. Well that never even happened and they would not give me the owners contact. It was a double charge for both houses. A total disaster ever since. Fortunately we used American Express but Jack Lingo will not stop there. They keep insisting that Amx restore their fee for both houses. In all my history, I have never seen such methods of robbing money from people as this company. I would not rent from Jack Lingo. This fight is not over but I wanted to be sure this does not happen to anyone else.

Used this company for the first time for a short term rental (3 months) and it will be the last time I ever use them. Found them to be diceptive and dishonest. Maybe it was the agent I dealt with, but she did represent the company.
