I have worked with John and Donna since 2006 and have nothing but great things to say. I use them for all my insurance needs such as car, home, life, and renters for my son. The service is excellent, and much better than the internet insurers. I highly recommend!

Awful customer service when you actually have an accident. Go with USAA if you can.

I was recently in DE visiting with my parents and helping my mother with some updates she was making to their insurance policies. In contacting the office I had the good fortune of reaching Donna Godfrey. After explaining the situation, she not only was able to offer a way to address our need quickly and easily, but went the extra 1000 miles and offered to drop the form by my parents' home for signature to make it easier for my mother! She was a great listener, helpful, professional , compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly flexible and accommodating. That's my definition of exceptional, above and beyond customer service! And in this day and age, that's what you want from your insurance broker. Thanks Donna!
