I opened a chase account based on the promotional offer present online. I was approved and I immediately set up my online account as well as my direct deposit. Today I attempted to log into the account only to confirm that the account was closed WITH NO NOTICE. The account was flagged by your fraud department for suspicious activity. The account was brand-new, i don't understand how your fraud department could not provide me with clear confirmation about why they flagged my account, they could only confirm your procedure. I would never open another account with you. You ran my credit to open this account causing my credit score to drop and then you close the account without contacting your clients. Its not consumer friendly. You are the largest bank in America and your customer service is garbage. I asked for a letter from you all stating the account was closed so that i could claim my money from my employer that's just floating and your customer service representative told me you all don't generate letters. As an officer at a competitive bank you all are horrible. That's it …. that's the review.

I’ve been with chase for over 10 years and you would be surprised how they treat their customers during a PANDEMIC . they have no offers or leniency towards customers . Especially when it comes to overdraft fees. You would this because ALOT of people are out of a job they chase would treat their customers better .. I could not believe ! I would no longer be banking with chase .. DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE NOR GET ANY OF THEIR CREDIT CARDS !

I had a problem with my Chase credit card so I called the 1-800 number on the back. (Not sure if this was the actual office I called). I was on hold forever, given the run around, transferred from one person to another, and everyone was little or no help.
