I had to cancel my Grandson's party that was scheduled for 1/16 due to covid. I called and canceled on 1/15. I received an email asking how the experience was so I called. I was advised the manager there on 1/16 didn't know that I canceled so she charged my credit card WITHOUT my authorization. Everyone invited knew the party was canceled. The manager should never has charged my credit card when no one came to a party that was canceled. It is not my problem this place has poor communication skills amongst the staff. I called and canceled PERIOD! Also, since I had to cancel due to a pandemic, my deposit should have been refunded and not a gift card. Extremely Disappointed and Dissatisfied

Came here and a lot of sections are closed off. 80+ $ for 2 adults 1 child for 1 hour ?? And limited space ?? That’s a joke right . Also the employees just kept watching us . Bathrooms were not cleaned

Brought my three boys and daughter (8yrs to 12yrs) and they had a blast for hours! Tons to do to switch things up when they get bored at one station. The website does a good job conveying what's available too, so you can get am accurate idea what's there before you visit.. Only thing was the oversight by the staff... they were friendly but either over enforced rules for some kids and some stations or they would just allow a free for all at times. My assumption is that the vast majority of the staff are high-school kids... just keep an eye on your kids I wouldn't leave it solely to the staff to ensure safety. All around, great time!
