Hometown dinner, wonderful service and food. The place is quiet and full of respectful people.

Not Worth Commentig About. Used to work there.mid 90s 2002 we do 300 400 Friday saturday &Sunday even during the week we have 6 cooks. I ran the kitchen during the week.On the weekend I was broiler Cook. I stop there 5/13/18 only have one orginal employee at Arners. They are so pitful usualy the only need one waitress to run the who Restaurant. No more Bakery.Only two cooks if they get a little rush the dish washer helps cook. I order this steak dinner med rare when i got it. It was two round pices of steak the size of a half dollar and not med rare hard &petrafied I staued just because the memories of working at Arners in New Castle.Paid 12.99 for the worst dinner i ever ordered in my life , Espessaly from a Restaurant I Worked at that there use to be 2 3 waiting list. I dont know how there still there. Its ashame .Arners Newcastle went from a Fun and busy no such word slamed Awesome Restaurant Bakery to I rather have ate at a hotdog stand.I only stayed and ate because of the memories of working there i just cant say anymore but its sad.I'll never step foot in there again. I only hope if the original Arners in Reading Pa. Is still around there doing well. But. Newcastle SAD SAD SAD😲😢👎👎💩💔
