Hi, I am one of the owners. I'm actually the one who made your order and spoke to you. Like I stated on the phone we informed the gentleman that we were out of beef scrapple, he ask if we had any other beef products we informed him we only had beef hot saus we also informed him we have turkey saus as well. He ask us to make the beef sausage. When I spoke to you I told you all of the above as well as letting you know that it says beef hot on our menu as well. I absolutely would have fixed the mistake if it was a mistake on our end, but I made what the customer had ask for. We have 2 menu boards inside our store that both have the sandwich listed and I've also included a picture of our menu where it does says Beef hot sausage Have a great rest of your day.
