        Navigating and prioritizing various homeowner property management requests can be a challenge at any given time. Stepping up during a global pandemic year adds another layer complexity. Some issues can and do fall through the cracks in this Zoom-oriented environment. That said, Excel has continued to step up and serve our Owners Association in a professional, timely manner.

        They do not act on association problems. They ignore problems or say they are working on them. This is an Insight Home Development, and is a very sad excuse for property management. I have a problem with management not getting back to you on various issues. I would never recommend Excel for property management!!
