Dr. Abboud is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. Very kind and thoughtful. Had helped me with health problems above and beyond what I went for. Been going there for years. Staff is terrific and very dedicated. Never had a bad experience.

I had a procedure done at Cedar Tree Surgical, which participates in Medicare and is therefore required by Federal law to submit claims. Despite this, they insisted that I pay cash before my procedure could be done. I was told that the facility has had claims for this procedure denied by Medicare so they won't bill it.
I am aware that I can submit my own claim so I paid their fee and insisted that they provide me with an itemized bill containing specific information. After nine months and countless hours of my time, they are unable or unwilling to provide me with an itemized bill. The employee has told me that she doesn't have time for this, or that she has given me everything that I have asked for. Two phone calls to the physician CEO have not been returned. I have reported the situation to Medicare but have been told that no action will be taken unless they receive other complaints. Unfortunately, patients may not know how to proceed with a complaint/feel it won't matter.
