Great hotel, and clan room, very nice staff and accommodating. Few of the switches in the room for a light or bathroom vent didnt work, but not a big deal. Only downside was the parking on the second night, some visitors double parked or towing something and taking up multiple spots. Would stay here again
Food & drinks: A bunch of fast food cousins in walking distance or local restaurants near by.

Just finished nearly a week-long stay. I was somewhat skeptical based on some of the reviews I've read, but I was there for most of a week and was pretty satisfied. Morning breakfast was pretty good, not spectacular. Rooms were relatively clean (the glass could have used a good cleaning) but the suites were relatively spacious. It felt like we were one of two people staying in the entire hotel so was a very uncrowded experience (i'm guessing weekdays in March are not exactly busy season). Pool was pleasant, maybe not spectacular. For some reason they open all the windows overnight in the pool area which makes a cold experience coming in swimming in the morning. But we were the only ones in the pool pretty much the entire week.
I think most of the issues that they have is they are very understaffed if the manager isn't there. It doesn't matter a whole lot if the hotel is relatively empty, but I could see some issues that could arise if the hotel is really crowded. I read a lot of reviews about rude stuff but didn't have that experience at all. Check-in was fine, everybody at the front desk and whoever helped with breakfast was very pleasant. Someone said it was a bad area, it's not. There's a lot of options really close by in terms of places to eat and a lot of them are very good. Really enjoyed the Kick'in Chicken Restaurant down the street. I would definitely stay here again.

I went to Milford for a business meeting which required an overnight stay and meeting room. I chose the Comfort Inn & Suites based upon my previous stays in this brand of hotel and overall I enjoyed both my room and meeting accommodations at this location. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was basic but clean and comfortable, and the meeting room offered plenty of space with solid wifi signal. I didn't try it, but there's a pool and the breakfast is decent (not as many options as some places, but still enough to fill up). Overall, there's a comfortable feel and I like the look of the place but I couldn't go 5 stars since there's still some minor improvements that need to be done for that 5th star, like some new chairs for the meeting room, better breakfast options, etc. If you like Popeye's, you can walk to one right outside the front door and there's a Rite Aid a short walk away which is very convenient for picking up forgotten items. I would stay here again.

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean. The atmosphere was great. Love this place!!!
