Refuses to refund money after not providing services per signed contract!

My husband killed 16 yellowjackets in our den that were coming out of the light fixture. We were afraid that there was a nest in the ceiling. I called Mr. Taylor, and he arrived within a few hours, like promised. Mr. Taylor came over, walked around the house, found the nest outside under the fascia, and applied poison. Haven't seen a yellowjacket since and we did not have to rip the ceiling down. And the price was most affordable. Other pest control experts required either a $285 visit fee or an annual fee first.
