    image I placed an order 13 days ago received a confirmation email and since nothing..nada..crickets. Emails are not answered and the listed phone number goes to an private residential number not associated with the business. I have ordered successfully in the past few years but now it appears to be dysfunctional and I am concerned about the transaction.

    Mailed, emailed, and called without any response, turned over to Paypal after 7 weeks for help getting money back.

    image I too have not heard hide nor hair of them since placing my order. I find it appalling they can find the time to charge my card and not the decency to send me an email if and when to expect my order. The only thing the customer wants is to know, one way or the other, if and when to expect their order. I have received nothing, crickets!!!!

    image I have a beautiful set of stemware which I haven't used in many years. Now, as a retiree, I am beginning to have time to enjoy cooking and dinner parties. I noticed that I was missing a piece of my crystal. I thought....what's the chance I could find that on the web? I looked on the bottom of the glass and was thankful the name was stamped on it. I looked on line and, "Voila", your company had my stemware. I ordered and it was sent to me in a week. Satisfied? Yes, I am very happy to know that replacement companies are "out there"! I was also happy to see that I have a valuable set of crystal....I had forgotten how much I had paid for it.

    image Absolutely terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. On a Wednesday afternoon, I ordered a $150 vase and then paid $50 for over night shipping to guarantee I would have it by that Saturday (which seemed like more than enough time). My card was charged the $202. By Thursday, I hadn't received any information from them, including a tracking number. When I called, their "mailbox was full." After researching, this mailbox has been full for 2 years. Please explain to me how a customer is supposed to ask questions? I finally got in touch with someone by pretending to place a new order, and each person I spoke with gave me the run around and said someone would be contacting me in 1 to 2 business days (which by the way, would be the day I was needing it by). Not only was each person I spoke with of absolutely no help, but they were incredible rude and in fact, I was even hung up on. On Friday, I called back and cancelled my order. When I got online to check my account, I had been charged an ADDITIONAL $202 dollars (Now $404 for a vase I paid to receive by a certain date). When I called back, "it was going to take 1 to 2 business days before anyone could get back to me." I waited the 1 to 2 business days, no word, and the week following I received the vase. AFTER THE NEEDED DATE AND AFTER I CANCELLED IT. 2 weeks later and I still have yet to hear from the company, yet to be reimbursed, and each time I call? It will be "1 to 2 business days before I will hear anything." DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
