Dana and her team helped us buy our amazing home. In the current crazy seller's market, they showed us resale homes and then when we realized a new build was the best option for us, they took us to meet with several builders and asked all the intelligent questions to make sure we would be set up for success over the many months until we closed. Dana was always available to answer our calls and texts when we needed insight into what upgrades to spend money on to add resale value to the house. We had incredible peace of mind knowing we had her on our side if we had hiccups throughout the process and she was diligent about checking in- even when there wasn't much happening in the beginning of the build process. We are an active duty military family who recently PCS’d to Dover. Neither my spouse nor I had ever been to the state of Delaware and we ended up having to buy a home sight unseen. Amber was quick to visit homes on our list for us. She provided detailed video’s, important information and honest opinions about each house so we were able to make an informed decision. They guided us in making competitive offers, answered all of our questions at every stage and have had wonderful recommendations for local vendors (lenders, appraisers, inspectors, contractors, etc.).
