NewRez LLc Customer service is horrible. Customer service agents need training and they need access to correct basic information. The second agent did not know what was the difference between auto payment and scheduled recurring payment. I was asking because they charged me a one time web payment fee while I set up a recurring payment. They had other fees and the first two agents were never taking onwership and say how they will resolve the problems, so I had to make 3rd call.

Terrible customer service. I submitted a request to remove private mortgage insurance July 2019. Here I am in January 2020 and I still have yet to be contacted by an appraiser. When I call customer service, they tell me that an appraiser tried to contact me. I verified my phone number that they had on file. I wait a week. I call back and customer service says they are still waiting on documentation from me and that an appraiser never tried to call me. Their support is dysfunctional and non-communicative. Stay away.
