        Sitting in my car on a Saturday to get into Tower Health Urgent Care why because the website says they open at 9am on a Saturday but no one came to work today

        Went for a COVID test my son needed for school. Very fast, courteous, and helpful.

        Called before coming. The robot hung up on me. Arrived and was told that you needed an appointment for the Urgent Care! The machine on the phone mentioned nothing of this. They said I could sign up for an appointment in two days. Not so urgent and not so caring. Too bad zero stars is not an option.
