If I can save just one person from being scammed by this fraudster, I will be happy. Rick has been investigated by the DMV and the DOJ. People are willing to drop charges in exchange for getting their money back. I’m not the only one. Read and believe the one star reviews. They are the truth. The five star ones are mostly his friends and family bumping him up.

BEWARE! There has been nothing but problems/issues since dealing (I use the term lightly) feels like a bad dope deal! 🙄 with this guy! Car issues, legal document issues, mechanical issues, fraudulent fees imposed and taken. Three Months out still no title/registration? Ontop of everything else! DMV states they don’t even have a request on file for the title/registration. He took another $20 for a second ‘temp tag’ because of his negligence. Those have ‘to be registered too’. This dude is a liar! A fraud! And… sleezy ass dealer!

Buyer beware, and be prepared to call an attorney. While Rick was friendly and helpful on getting your money, after the sale was another story. We bought a car he had advertised on the internet as clean and runs good. However after owning the car for only a few days we noticed a noise in the car. We called Rick to see if the mechanic could look at it. He only said he did not know what the noise was and we should take it to a shop. We took it to a local certified shop ( which we paid for) to find out the car was unsafe to drive. It had a serous mechanical issue in the wheel and the mechanic was supervised we had not been in an accident We tried several times to contact Rick but of course no response. We had been given a “extended” with the car but that did not cover anything until we drove it 300 miles ( we had less than 100) So of course we got stuck with that repair bill. When we bought the car Rick stated he was a certified dealer and that he did not have possession of the title but would have it to us in a day or two. that was another story with him, it has now been 31/2 weeks and we still do not have a title. When we are able to get him on the phone we only get the story its on its way. First he tells us the car came from car max in Maryland so only a day or two, then he says its on it way from the previous owner, last we were told he had it and would be mailing it out that day. Still no title .
