If you have an opportunity to go to the Playhouse, please go. The play we saw was awesome and I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. Other people who were at the show stated that it was better then seeing Book of Mormons on Broadway.

Show was terrific. Seats are the worst in town. Absolutely no knee room.

Always a great experience! Saw the Book of Mormon and thoroughly enjoyed the show. Seats are a little cramped but worth it!

I want to love this place. Having theater nearby is such a great thing and it's a beautiful place with helpful people. Unfortunately the mezzanine seats are ridiculously tight if you are a tall person and the sound system muffles the enunciation of the actors onstage making it difficult to catch the dialogue.

We bought tickets to a performance at The Grand Opera House but there was a bait and switch and the performance ended up being here. It was horrible. The seats are stacked so close together they gouged into our knees. There are lots of seats that are positioned behind things too, and the people who get those, can't see half the stage. There were not enough bathrooms to serve the number of people there either. Some of the bathrooms we were told were open were actually locked. To top this off, they failed to tell us how long the intermission was going to be and there was no signal at all, (as we were waiting in line for the bathrooms) that the show was starting again. The intermission had to be no more than 15 minutes - not long enough to wait to use the restroom or stand in line for a drink. So, thanks to poor management, we missed a good chunk of the middle of the show. Very poorly designed and run. I won't be going back. I'll drive to another city before buying tickets from this company again.
