        I strongly encourage any potential buyers to stay away from this builder.  He will NOT let you out of the contract once you sign.  So, if "life happens to you" between the time you sign and the time you take ownership, such as the loss of a job, health issues with your or your loved ones, skyrocketing interest rates, THEY WILL NOT LET YOU OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT AND YOU WILL FORFEIT TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!  Realtor friends that I know who have been in the business for many years tell me that this is unheard of and they cannot believe the treatment we are receiving.  One realtor, who is selling her own house for over 1,000,000 let a buyer who she had contracted with go.STAY AWAY FROM THESE UNSCRUPULOUS PEOPLE!!!  I do not even want to give them one start, but to post this, I must at least give one.
