Johns Well Drilling

John showed up on a sat night and stated that my systme in my crawlspace was shot, leaking and we had a bladder that had gone bad. He assessed the problem and was back the next morning replaced what was needed. 2 hours later all done and cleaned up. we have not had water pressure this good in years.

I really can't give them enough credit. My old well pump and tank had a lot of issues. They lent me the tools to get it patched until the replacement parts came in. When the parts came in, I gave them a call, and they were there the next morning putting them in for me. Great company, I highly recommend them!

John showed up after being outside in the cold on another job, drove at least an hour to my house to give me an estimate. The weather was calling for snow and freezing temperatures and said he would his best to get my well in in two days weather permitting. Well on the day he was supposed to drill it snowed, he showed up with his crew and got the well casing in and chlorinated. By the time he finished this part the weather was terrible. We agreed he should leave and come back in 2 days to finish. He came back and finished as promised. The crew cleaned up and made things look great. He was also very fair with the price. I will recommend him to anyone in need of a well. Thanks John and your crew

Make John's your first call. Our well started losing pressure on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I just figured it was the pump switch and since we were going to spend turkey day elsewhere I decided to change it on Friday. Well, I was wrong and by Saturday afternoon the pump had failed completely. You don't realize how much you need water until you don't have any. Fortunately, we have relatives close and spent Saturday night with them. Before I left home, I called John's. The call went to the answering machine but I did not leave a message. I figured it was a holiday weekend and they were out of the office. When I woke on Sunday, they had texted my phone to ask how they could help. I briefly explained the problem and received a call from the owner within the 15 minutes. We talked for a few minutes and he said he could have his crew to my house in by noon. I was worried about the 'emergency fee' many service providers charge. He let me know he does not do that. They were at my house before noon and got to work immediately. They confirmed that the pump had indeed failed and set about replacing it. The water was running within an hour or so. I could not be more pleased with the level of service and attention to details.
