      image I went into AT&T yesterday April 3rd at 7:00pm. I went in with my fianc to take her off of her mothers plan and onto mine. My rep Dorian did the transfer process incorrectly so I had to wait on the phone for over 2 HOURS with AT&T to get this issue resolved. He did not reset the ESIM or reset the phone after transfer so AT&T threatened to charge me over $200 for "exceeding my 5G usage" but I had an unlimited plan that never activated due to his negligence. If you go be careful about transfers, it is easier to just do it on the phone.

He got right down to business and wasn't trying to sell me on anything I did not want. I would recommend anyone to come in and speak with Charles. He will take excellent care of you
