If you want an amazing car buying experience, Preston is definitely your go to place! Issiah and Elvis were welcoming, knowledgeable and definitely not pushy salespeople. We definitely did not feel pressured, they answered all our questions and they did everything they could to work within our budget. I dont usually make an on the spot decision, especially with a huge purchase such as this, but I felt confident that I was getting a beautiful new car for definitely the right price! Brittany helped me program everything and it all went so smoothly! I highly recommend Preston and we will definitely be repeat customers! Terri and Tom

I am posting this review on behalf of the service department! First off Id like to mention Ben Marvel, Jeff Wood, Brett, and Lou. Theyve all went above and beyond with the service provided on my 2019 Ram 1500. I had my front differential replaced entirely, rear end differential rebuilt, and heater core replaced. After having the front differential replaced and had gotten the truck back, i noticed grease being slung from the driver side axle, their team went above and beyond to have a new CV axle ordered and immediately installed (this was due to a manufacturer defect). Some of their negative reviews online worried me! But come to find out they were very misleading reviews, i can assure you, their team is solid and knows what theyre doing. Getting my truck in and out with this much amount of work in a timely manner - and having no issues at all after! I moved to Delaware from Philadelphia just about 2 months ago, and these guys will forever have my business. Very knowledgeable team - hard working! Couldnt ask for much more. I thank you all for your hard work and effort! If there is anything else that i ask from this dealership is that you acknowledge this review and their hard work! I appreciate you all!
