        My car and home insurance when up quite a bit per month, so I went to Phil Hill who is a State Farm agent. My combined total monthly is about $114 a month lower. Latoya was very friendly

        My policy rates have increased several times in the last 12 months with no clear reasoning. I've had no tickets or accidents. Also, it was found that my policy was associated with an address I am not a resident of, although all my mail comes to my address. This is definitely fraudulent in nature, and appears to affect the premium increases I've been seeing. I've spoken with this agency's staff numerous times regarding this issue with the address, and now it's popping up all over again. I will definitely be reporting this to the State Farm corporate office and the BBB.
