Very small shop with an eclectic and hoarding feeling scene inside. The tables are very close together so if you are uncomfortable sitting next to a stranger, do not eat inside. Food ordered (egg and cheese croissant, hashbrowns and balaclava) was incredibly bland and order was not done as requested. Im a fan of real baklava and I was disappointed with how dry it was. One of the ladies outright argued with one of the guest about their order being incorrect. Odd encounter. The main thought I had during the whole experience was how in the world do they pass food inspections? There is stuff everywhere including behind their counter. Customers have to walk behind their counter to use the restroom and you can clearly see the mess of everything. Turkish coffee is a great find and would recommend.

We ordered tuna melts. Not only did we have to wait a while for them but we were surprised at our plate when they came out. A flat sandwich with hardly any tuna it in, and what tuna was there was mushy and falling out of the grilled bread. Flat sandwich with not much in it, no chips or no fries. A flat sandwich on a plate with nothing else. Not worth it. The person working there (the owner?) was very friendly though.

I initially had planned to visit the cafe for some coffee previous since I enjoy coffee from small local cafes and never had a chance. I was working on my research report for my marketing class and requested an interview with the owner to talk about her marketing strategy. I had the pleasure of enjoying a cup of the Turkish coffee and boy was I in for a surprise! This is the best coffee Ive ever had and Ill definitely be visiting again to try out the food and enjoy more of that coffee!! Thank you Shima for hosting me and providing such a delicious experience!
