I have received the best service from this gentleman in a situation where I could find no help came he came and helped and was so very very great about it he help lift my boyfriend took him to and from his VA appointment back to our home got him a wheelchair I can’t say enough good things about this gentleman he was a ray of sunshine and a cloudy day I hope everybody reads this and understands how desperate I was to find help for my boyfriend when your angels ambulance service and area was available to transport him to and from a doctors visit

i wish i could give them no star's because they are the worst company i have ever delt with and they have no idea on how to work with people and i drove 2 hours to get to orientation and 2 hours to get back home and had my field training a week later and i thought everything was going great and then made me wait an additional week just to get a response and they told me i could not continue with them and would not even tell me why i could not continue. all in all they need to learn how to actually communicate with people. no wonder they cant keep employees around

We were asked in hospital if there were steps coming into house, reply was yes, 3 steps! Also asked by your company about steps answered yes 3 steps! When they got to driveway your staff said they were not allow to bring gurney up steps! Husband has artificial bladder, bone cancer throughout body and fractured hip! They refused to bring him in with gurney or transfer to wheelchair! Your staff (2 women) had to have my grandson, daughter, and friend carry him in his bedding up the steps across back desk into house and lift him into bed! What the hell were they thinking! What if one of them had lost a hold on the sheets? Unbelievable!!!! NOT HAPPY WITH HART TO HEART!!!

Been waiting 1 1/2 hours for transpirt service and cannot get an answer on what time the service will be her .
