M&T Bank

I once thought it was just an occasional ignorant person that I was encountering here and there but no I'm starting to realize that the new generation has taken over and they're horrible at their jobs. M&T definitely hires some of the worst as they give the impression as though they came about the time when the child threw a fits and started slapping their mothers and they act the same way they grew up at work. I guess the older generation that knew their jobs have retired when they saw what was coming to work next to them.

This location is horrible!!! I love Kim however she was not in this morning. My account was hacked and over $4k was taken. The 800 customer service line started things on their end and advise me to go first thing in the morning to close all my accounts and open new accounts. Representative Wendy Hearn was in and came out & asked if I had an appt. No, because I didn't plan this to happen to my acct. She told me I would need to go to another location. She would be another hour with the client she was with. She was very unpleasant in her entire demeanor. I guess she would be when their conversation while I was sitting there was about nails and hair and where the people doing nails used to be located in their various locations. My 1st thought headed to the Seaford location after the teller called to see if they had someone available was to close all my accounts and go to another bank but I cannot hold it against the bank for their rude customer service representative being more concerned about hair and nails then providing customer service to an already upset customer about what had happen to the account. Delmar branch definitely lost a local customer.
