        It's not a receptionist's job to deny patients medical care, that's up to the doctor to decide. I was treated very poorly over the phone and not even given a chance to explain myself. I do not recommend this place! They need another number you can call , to talk to your doctor DR.Patterson is my doctor for more then 15 years. Now is difficult to talk to her, the lady in the office have bad attitude, with patient, special me.

        My wife was trying to make an appointment, the staff told her, she not longer a patient, because she didnt for more then 9 months, and they dont want her as a new patient, is no fair for her , she been there for more then 19 years, they dont have good staff, they need to to talk better with patient. They didnt want my wife to talk to her doctor. They need to do something about it. Is not fair, for no body, the staff can do what ever they want.
