        Excellent customer service persons up front, Matt and Nick. Great guys, very pleasant experience. The piano teacher Charlene, for my two girls, 7 and 9, is awesome. She is very patient, knowledgeable and kind. We love this place.

        Just had a great experience with Scott. Spent a ton of time over the past week or so going to every music store in the area looking for the perfect guitar for me. Scott gave me the time to explore the various instruments and let me listen to them as I played, and then let me listen as he played. This allowed me to pick out the nuances that I was looking for in a guitar and pick the right one. Thanks to Scott H and the Music and Arts store.
