I went to Ken for an engagement ring . I was treated like family .I am so picky, but Ken to all the time we needed . He made it so easy. Great experience.

So ken who owns/runs this jewelry store also rents rooms out of his house for people to live. All I can say is look at how this man lives and you tell me if you think he runs a successful jewelry store. When time came for me to move out after only being there a month he owed me my 1000$ in security deposit. When we sat down to figure the difference of what he owed me he had to get this lady because "his anxiety goes up" figuring out simple math(subtraction) of 1,000-271. So this moronic lady  had to hold his hand to figure it out. Idk about you but owning a jewelry store you probably have most of your transactions over a 1,000$. He also has to have Alzheimer's or something because every week he would ask me what days I had off when my schedule for work never changed. I told him I bought a mattress for the new place I was moving to and I shit you not 2 mins after he asked me if the mattress up stairs in his house was mine. Like I just told you I bought a mattress and it's being delivered. The entire house smells like dog piss and shit, no air conditioning in the upstairs, just all around sad. He would also invite people to his house to discuss business which I was completely appalled by that considering the smell and how dirty it was. I would be ashamed to invite people to my house if that's how it was. Save your time/money and go to someone who's right in the head.
