My build is getting a fresh new coat of paint inside . there very loud talking when they are working and some stuff they talk about is very unprofessional can hear them . I had a table with some plants on it and when I came home I saw my table was broken and one of my plants didn't have dirt in it cause it fell out when table was broken,

The association at Boulevard South in Waterbury hired Eastwood Fine Finishes to replace the catwalk. The first flag that we may have problems was when the contractor failed to pull a permit for the job. The boards have too much space between them which indicates they were cutting back on material and quality. When they said the job was finished and wanted the last check we walked the deck to find many mistakes. There were four knots in the deck where the board just could have been turned over to the other side and on the staircase there were eight steps where the nail/screws went through the side of the raiser splitting the wood and they just painted right over it and mentioned nothing. It seems the job to them was a tag and run from a lesser valued property from the beginning and they did not care how it looked. There were two workmen who were loudly arguing on the job for many days and what they said to each other was not what our children should have heard and left us wondering what is the level of quality and customer confidence. John will also work side jobs for cash, just make sure all work is done before you make the final payment. If there is a problem you will be waiting months. There is definitely a lack of quality control with this company. With the overall interaction with this company I would have to grade them a D.
