recently had my dental check-up at Lakeview Dental, and wow, what a great experience! The new dentists who've taken over the practice are fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like family.

Tried to have a mouth guard fabricated here. They've produced two that don't fit, and refused to give me a refund when asked. I don't have time to keep going back and forth because the practice didn't invest in a digital 3d scanner and is using techniques from the 50s. That's 4 different visits withoit being able to produce a mouth guard that fits. I have to take time off of work for each visit. It's untenable. Had my teeth cleaned here and they didn't use an ultrasounic deacaler even though it was available. The practice is under new management. I'd be hesitant to call this place top of the line. The employees and new owners are really nice, but don't seem to strive for excellence or listen to the patients when they say the mouth guard doesn't fit. I would just like a refund for the mouth guard I paid for but they didn't provide after 4 visits. It's at the point where I'm done going back for the mouth guard.
