After years using the home PT/INR testing services of Lincare and RCS they decided to lock me out of my mobile phone app. The dispute concerns how often I test. Under my doctor's orders I test every two weeks as I have done for five years. Now they tell me since I don't test weekly I can no longer use their services. Find yourself another provider.

I needed to get AFib tests done that involved use of a monitor. Drenching night sweats made use of this unit very unlikely to be effective. They sent me another unit that only is really designed for a landline data transmission. Sent me another one, exact same as first one. Called to set it up. Phone number is correct and just gets busy signal, 4 beeps and it drops the call. Website lists a customer service email address. The response?They don't take email due to cyber security risks. How ridiculous.

If there is a -10, that describes this company and it's services. Billing is horrendously wrong every time and when you call they say will fix it and nothing gets done. Trying to return the damn machine is a nightmare of phone numbers and endless circles. Stay far, far away from this company. Beware!!

This review is for the facility in New Jersey. I believe Windsor is closed. Avoid! Beware! Every time I called for test strips, order taken but no supplies arrived. And forget asking to speak to a supervisor! They send the caller on a phone number merry-go-round and then hang up. Fraud, scam.
