The worst experience. The first 2 zoom appts were Dr Carter emailing me back and forth a questionnaire on my phone. She was unprepared. Paperwork was incorrect. The majority of the meeting was me trying to find emails to fill out while she put me on hold.
She talked about herself mostly, her book she’s writing, her accomplishments, and how wonderful she is. . She even put me on hold so she could answer her door and get her new carpet that was delivered. She seemed like she was not present during the zoom meeting. She kept putting me on hold to take care of other business.
Very unprofessional. The third meeting she canceled 5 minutes before the meeting. Doesn’t seem to care about me as a patient.
