        Today I went in the windsor ct store to find out why my phone wouldn't charge. It was 3 people in front of me 1 was getting a phone and the others paying a bill. The employee wissam apologize to us for the wait. He let me use the phone to make a claim since I couldn't use my phone. I had a bad charger he hook his up to my phone and it started charging. He was nice & polite to all of the customers that came in. 😷
