We had a truly excellent experience with Safeguard Home Inspection! After experiencing other inspectors where we were rushed and our questions not answered, it was great to work with Jonathan. He proactively asked about and heard our concerns about the house, thoroughly walked through all the major house items with us, didn't rush us, made sure we felt comfortable with the process, and the report that came back was very thorough, had very helpful pictures (including up above pics from a drone) easy to read and navigate, and set up a clear gameplan for us to prioritize future home fixes and improvements. I also appreciated that the pricing was a flat rate with the exception of the radon test; with other inspectors I felt like we were nickel and dimed for every possible type of test. Would absolutely use again!

The inspection went beyond our expectation and the finished report is extremely detailed. We bought the house with the expectation of remodeling most every part so the report gave us a great starting point to plan. Extremely professional service, would highly recommended. A home inspection should be done well and can be difficult to find the right person as most of us don't buy houses often. If you are buying or selling a home, I highly suggest using SafeGuard.
