A great family business to work with. We had an issue with our AC system & Chris came right out & diagnosed the problem. The part was ordered & installed very efficiently.

The worst customer service I've experienced since moving here so far. Was excited to have a local company to do business with, but unfortunately the staff are rude and very hard to work with. Admittedly financial hardships kept me from paying the bill on time, but to recive text messages from personal numbers demanding payment and pressuring to refill the tank is unacceptable. I have been harassed via phone and spoken down to by being told that "everyone has problems", and I get texts with no formal language or requests. I ask to get a heads up before oil comes so I can make sure I am financially able to work with them but I am told it isn't possible. As soon as I paid the last bill they immediately filled the tank and now I have another bill that I just wasn't ready for. I let them know I would be writing this review and was accused of slander. Truly glad that I switched to a different company that has official business processes, payment plans, and options for refilling the tank.
