BlowCo Blow Dry Bar Westport

I booked my first blowout here for this past Saturday. Ivlisa was my stylist, and she was wonderful. She was kind, friendly, and professional. She made sure to ask my preferences throughout the service (e.g., if I wanted conditioner just on my ends or all over my hair, if I wanted brush curls vs. hot tool curls, etc.). She did a wonderful job, and I absolutely recommend her as a stylist. Ivlisa absolutely earns 5 stars. My lack of a perfect score comes from the lack of cohesiveness between the site, the app, and customer service. When using the Last Minute Blowout app, it doesn't tell you how much the service is, which is strange. I received texts from 3 different customer service phone numbers, one who promised a $10 promo code for my first blowout, which my stylist had no clue about. I think if the company tightens up the technical parts of the booking app and their customer service texting, it will greatly improve the professionalism of the company. Service: Hairstyling

I have had about 6 blow outs here and the last two have been horrible. Last Thursday, 3/7/19 the women who was supposed to do my blow out was running late... so as I am on the way to the appointment, they are calling me to change the time. Horrible! I would be charged if I showed up late, not to mention how rude to come to your job late when someone is waiting for an appointment. Then today, 3/10/19 I have an appointment for 1:45 I get a call asking me to change the time, I call back and explain I have another appointment later that day, and I can’t change the time. They say no problem, I show up for my blow out at 1:45 and basically the same women who was late last week, tells me she can only see me later in the day because the over booked and she is the only person working there. I mean, what??? How is this a business? There is nothing luxury about this place. It’s disorganized and tacky. Customer service is first, and most of all, keep appointments of your clients! Don’t go here!!! If this is how the treat clients, I’m sure they will be out of business shortly!
