Saray Turkish Restaurant

I've never had Turkish food a day in my life, but now I have and yeah, I've been missing out. I got the kofte kebab and baklava. Boy did it hit the spot. Everything was fresh and flavorful. You could really taste the seasoning and that delicious grill flavor on the kebab meat. As far as the baklava goes, I'm not big on walnuts or pistachios, but I've heard of this dish before and had to try it to say that I have. I'm glad I did. While I can admit, once was enough for me, you could tell it was freshly made by the texture of the pastry. It was definitely sweet in the ways it's supposed to be and if you enjoy those kinds of nuts I'd really recommend it!

Love this place. The male server with the glasses has the best service, the woman Ive had before wasnt as great. But nonetheless, my family has been coming here for several years. The food is delicious. I travelled to turkey a few years ago, and I will tell you this restaurant is extremely authentic. May their success be endless. Ameen.
