Best Buddy Biscuits

I have had previously good experiences ordering from them, however this time around I placed a larger order and have not received it or a shipping confirmation, and it has been a few weeks. Their customer service is non-existent. No one picks up calls and they do not respond to emails. What a waste of $62. Doubting that I will receive my order at this point.

I have made an order four weeks ago but did not receive the products yet. After waiting for three weeks, I gave them several calls; nobody picked up the phone calls. So I emailed them, and all they say is due to covid, the whole shipping process is delayed. It has been another ten days of waiting, and I do not have the products delivered nor any shipping information. All I want were four cookies for my lovely dog's birthday, and now it has passed. I am furious with the irresponsibility of this company.

I placed my order on 7-18-2021. If this had negative I would give them a negative.. I emailed them on 8-10-2021 They stated they had sickness and employees on vacation said my order would go out in a day or two.. needless to say it's 9-6-2021 I still have not received my order or an email stating that my order has been shipped! I'm beyond disappointed! I understand the sickness and people needing a vacation but this is unacceptable to me! The reason why I ordered from here was b/c they had great reviews! I'm glad the rest of you have gotten your order and your pet has enjoyed them, as for as my dog enjoying them, she hasn't got to experience that as of today! And I hate leaving anyone a bad review! I emailed them again today and we will see how that goes! Hope everybody has a safe and happy Labor Day! Blessing to all of you!

My Morkie enjoys her treats from Best Buddy Biscuits a lot! She is a picky eaterbut she eats these up so quickly especially the pumpkin ones. I love this company because of their nature ingredients. They ship quickly and their customer service is great. They are prompt and very friendly. I definitely recommend shopping with them. I will be purchasing again!
