Hi Elizabeth, I am sorry you were disappointed in your visit. We are very short staffed and our employee’s are working very hard to give the best product we can day in and day out. With that being said, we are human and if you had an issue and contacted us directly I would have done everything in my power to make this right. You decided to go to google instead, so let’s discuss this matter. The WestShore Cheesesteak is one of our fan favorites in which we very rarely get complaints on the quality or quantity. I spoke to all my staff and none of them even recall seeing you or your friend “Jeff”, who also decided to double down on a 1 start review ever being in the restaurant. (I also checked the cameras…nothing) It seems from your review history you have a tendency to give one star reviews. If you’re looking for something free or just trying to tear down a small business with a great reputation then nice try!
