        I dropped in for the 7:30 pm Brazilian jiujitsu class while visiting from out of town. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The instructor was fantastic and knowledgeable and did a great job of teaching to all level students. I will definitely visit next time I am in town!

        Amazing environment at PlusOne. Everyone is so down to earth and helpful. They provide super flexible class schedules and a wide range of martial arts to choose from for all ages. Highly recommend this dojo to anyone interested in martial arts whether a beginner or experienced. Staff is knowledgeable and make a great team to bring out the best in everyone's skills.

        Family friendly environment, after getting comfortable myself I signed up my daughter as well. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming and its a very great place to learn and grow as an individual and martial artist practitioner. Id encourage anyone whos interested or on the fence to give it a try!
