      image I was very disappointed with the lack of personal service. I received plenty of robo-emails about how I could spend more money, but never received a call to follow-up on my needs. If I wanted an robo-company I would have signed on with one of the discount places. It seems like the "Good Hands People" are leaving it up to robots to do their work. Today when I called at 4:30 about my policy, I was flipped back and forth from his office where he basically said he wasn't available by phone due to COVID, to the 800 service line where they kept sending me back to his office.
