Got lied to While is was in jail in Connecticut. Explained the plea deal to me saying I would be allowed to go home and will be out in the fresh air either that day or within a week if I take the deal the court was offering and plead guilty I said ok great as long as I can leave the state and go home to Pennsylvania! She said yes, they even all said that in the court room that I have done more than enough time all fines are waved! But no it was all a lie! I can’t leave this state until the end of sentence date! But they all (judge and lawyer) told me Connecticut does 50% for non violent crimes that I can go back to PA to my full time job that I have waiting for me but no they put me in a halfway house. Non of the terms I agreed to. I thought we hired a professional lawyer that knew the laws clearly she is uneducated!
